A Lean Portfolio Manager is responsible for coordinating and streamlining an organization's portfolio. This includes defining portfolio strategies, determining KPIs and monitoring performance.
The LPM training consists of a two-day course. You will acquire all knowledge needed to set up a SAFe organization around value creation for optimal business results. During the training, we will explore the implementation of LPM within your own organization. You will learn to:
Connect Lean portfolio to business strategy
Understand theory and implement Lean-Agile budgeting
Realize portfolio flow with Portfolio Kanban
Support Operational Excellence with APMO and CoPs
Coordinate value streams
Measure LPM performance
Implement LPM within own organization (workshop)
