Rutger Gooszen is expert IT-strategy & Architecture at Verdonck, Klooster & Associates.
Rutger has 15 years of experience as an (enterprise) architect in complex environments where a transformation with IT is carried out. Since 2018, he has also done so in agile programs and projects that apply the SAFe framework. Discovering, pioneering and researching why and how things can be done differently gives him energy. Making a substantial contribution of high quality, accurate and complete to bring the client's goal closer; “getting the job done” is very satisfying.
Connecting people and striving for coherence in actions so that they can move forward with their problem solving is something he likes. In recent years he has done this more in a coaching role.
Rutger is someone who fully endorses "continuous development and learning" as a mindset and he has learned by experience up close several times that large complex challenges are better explored and realized in small iterations.
In addition to a master's degree in information management, Rutger is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA CISA), TOGAF architect and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)/ Architect and professional scrum master.
