Ayman about starting at Gladwell

How did you experience the recruitment/onboarding process, and what helped you get up to speed quickly?
I had a very positive experience with the recruitment process, and I must honestly say that it was the reason I chose Highberg. After several interviews with other employers, Gladwell/Highberg was the only one genuinely interested in me as a person and my story. Other employers focused more on how many years of experience I had and what certifications I held. At Gladwell, those were secondary. The emphasis was on who you are, what you can do, and where you want to go. What’s your story and journey, and how does it fit within the company? This made me feel taken seriously, which is why I chose Gladwell/Highberg.

The onboarding went smoothly. You’re well-prepared with knowledge through training sessions and courses. There’s a wealth of expertise within the company, and as a professional, you can learn a lot from colleagues working in various environments.

What aspects of the company culture stand out the most? Were there any positive surprises?
The people at Gladwell/Highberg are the most fascinating part. It’s an international environment with colleagues from all over the world. You learn a lot about cultural differences, and it gives you the sense that the world is really just a small village. Building this company and yourself alongside such a diverse group of people and cultures is, for me, one of the greatest added values of Gladwell/Highberg.
