Dominique has extensively analyzed the extraordinary skills of military pilots. Combined with her expertise in behavioral psychology, this results in transformative experiences. She shares her lessons and teaches you to look at life, at each other, at your team, and most importantly, at yourself in a different way.
In the past 4 years, agile has not only become mainstream in the digital transformation. It has also crossed bridges into new fields of interest. Companies like SpaceX, ASML, VanderLande, NXP, Saab, Philips, Scania, Carl Zeiss, BMW, Airbus, Porsche, and many more are on the path of implementing agile principles and practices in their high tech product development and engineering.
