Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration

This comprehensive program delves into advanced facilitation techniques, emphasizing real-time conflict resolution, constructive communication, and collaborative problem-solving. The workshop is structured in two parts:

1. E-Learning Module: A self-paced online course, averaging 2 hours, to be completed prior to the facilitated session.

2. Facilitated Workshop: A half-day, interactive workshop (approximately 4 hours) led by an expert facilitator.

This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their conflict management skills in the workplace. It is particularly beneficial for roles that frequently navigate complex interpersonal and team dynamics. Specifically :

• SPCs (SAFe Practice Consultants) will gain advanced techniques to guide agile transformations more smoothly.
• RTEs (Release Train Engineers) will learn to resolve conflicts within and between Agile Release Trains, improving overall program efficiency.
• Scrum Masters and Team Coaches will be equipped with tools to mediate disputes and foster a collaborative team environment.

The only prerequisite to follow this workshop is to complete the 2-hours E-learning module before the facilitated session.
