Achieving Responsible AI with SAFe

This course will help you to maximize innovation, minimize risk and make you stand out as a leader in implementing responsible AI. You will be provided with hands-on experience and practical skills that ensure your AI projects are aligned with human values, accountable and transparent.
The program
The workshop is structured in two parts:
1. E-Learning Module: A self-paced online course, averaging 1 hour, to be completed prior to the facilitated session.
2. Facilitated Workshop: A half-day, interactive workshop (approximately 4 hours) led by an expert facilitator.

- Gain a thorough understanding of Responsible AI principles and their significance in Agile environments.
- Learn to integrate Responsible AI into portfolio strategies and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
- Develop practical skills to advocate for and implement Responsible AI initiatives within their organizations.
- Learn through engaging, hands-on, interactive exercises, and live expert guidance
- Earn a SAFe Micro-credential badge, demonstrating their expertise in implementing AI responsibly and aligning projects with ethical standards.

Prerequisites
The only prerequisite to following this workshop is to complete the 1-hour E-learning module before the facilitated session.

Certification: Graduates receive a SAFe® micro-credential badge. Attendees are assessed on key topics and learning objectives to ensure their mastery of the material.
