This training focuses on advanced techniques for managing Obeya rooms, emphasizing strategic visual management tools, collaborative practices, and leadership skills. Participants will learn to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement by guiding teams through the Obeya process.

The two-day Obeya Builder course provides an in-depth exploration of advanced Obeya techniques and their practical applications. Participants will delve into the following outline:

DAY 1

• Preparing an Obeya session

• Levels of conversation
• Obeya Dry Run
• Dry Run reflection
• Reflection & transfer: You and your role as Host
• Q&A + conclusion

DAY 2

• What's next: fit for future
• Q&A + conclusion

Upon completion of the course and succesful passing of the consecutive examination, the participant will be able to reproduce and identify:

• Understand and promote psychological safety within group dynamics

• Apply analytical thinking, participatory dialogue, mindfulness and facilitation in hosting Obeya sessions

• Understand and apply how to effectively host with social and environmental awareness, customer orientation and organizational sensitivity in an independent manner that reflects servant leadership

The Obeya Host Training is tailored for professionals who have a solid understanding of Obeya principles and seek to enhance their facilitation skills. It is ideal for those responsible for leading and orchestrating Obeya sessions within their organizations. Agile leaders, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Managers will particularly benefit from this training.

To enroll in the Obeya Host Training, participants must hold an official Obeya Builder Certification, obtained by successfully completing the Obeya Builder exam.

• To earn the official Obeya Host Certificate, participants must complete the Obeya Host exam.

• The exam can be scheduled at the participant's convenience following the training course.

• Participants will also receive a one-year free membership to the Obeya Association Community.

Our Obeya courses are taught by one or two trainers. These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive Obeya experience in training and implementing it at large organizations. They are accredited by the Obeya association.
