The Obeya Builder Training is tailored for professionals who are already familiar with the basics of Obeya and are looking to deepen their expertise. It is ideal for those responsible for implementing and managing Obeya rooms within their organizations. To enroll in the Obeya Builder Training, participants must hold an official Obeya Fundamentals Certification, obtained by successfully completing the Obeya Fundamentals exam. Additionally, familiarity with visual management techniques and team facilitation is beneficial.
Our Obeya courses are taught by one or two trainers. These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive Obeya experience in training and implementing it at large organizations. They are accredited by the Obeya association.
