Agile Enterprise Coach (ICP-ENT)

Learn to be an effective change agent by taking a holistic approach to organizational transformations. Through real-life case studies, simulations, coaching interventions and referring to your day-to-day life you'll gain the language, tools and practical skills to guide transformations at team and organizational levels.

Experienced coaching professionals who aspire to become change agents at the Enterprise level can benefit from this training. You will work alongside a community of Agile Coaches, in a LACE, and in management or leadership roles within an Agile transformation.

This course is for Agile professionals with experience. We require a minimum of one year's experience in the role of Agile coach or practical experience working with Agile principles. We recommend that you refresh your Agile knowledge and read the mandatory articles (to be shared after enrolling to the course) in preparation before the course.
