Managing Successful Transformations 3.0 (MST) is Highberg’s proprietary framework for structuring organizational transformation and ensuring quality. The framework is based on proven patterns derived from 15 years of experience and supporting clients in large-scale transformations.
The MST training is a 3-day program (8.30 a.m. - 5 p.m., including lunch) led by experienced trainers and consultants with extensive field experience.
